About this product
A healthy vaginal microbiome is characterised by Lactobacilli dominance. Lactobacilli produce lactic acid, helping to maintain optimal vaginal pH. Biome Her™ provides three clinically trialled strains native to the vaginal environment to help maintain a healthy vaginal microbiome.
Each capsule contains
- Lactobacillus crispatus LCR01 (DSM 24619) – 1 billion
- Lactobacillus fermentum LF10 (DSM 19187) – 1 billion
- Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02 (DSM 21717) – 1 billion
- Total live bacteria: 3 billion
