Find Your Starting Point

Good health decisions begin with knowing what deserves your attention.

This short guided assessment will help you identify your current health priorities and direct you towards relevant practitioner-curated products, educational resources or a more personalised level of support.

It takes approximately three minutes to complete.

Looking beyond individual symptoms.

I take the time to understand the wider picture—your health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, environment and existing results.

By exploring how these elements may be connected, I can develop an individualised plan that is clear, considered and appropriate for you or your child. Where relevant, this may include nutritional care, herbal medicine, practitioner supplementation, pathology review, further investigation or collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

My approach is grounded in the belief that strong foundations matter. The earlier we understand what may be influencing health, the more intentionally we can support long-term wellbeing.

The experience of feeling heard.

The care and knowledge Julide brought to our fertility journey was beyond anything we expected. We're so grateful.

Pregnancy & Fertility client

Julide looked at my daughter as a whole little person, not a list of symptoms. For the first time we finally had answers — and a plan we could actually follow.

Women's Health client

Clinical knowledge, considered care and a deeper understanding of health.

I am a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist with 16+ years of clinical experience supporting women, children and families.

My work begins by looking beyond an isolated symptom. I take the time to understand the person in front of me—their health history, nutrition, lifestyle, environment, emotional wellbeing and existing pathology—before developing an individualised and practical plan.

Depending on the person’s needs, this may include nutritional care, herbal medicine, dietary changes, practitioner supplementation, pathology review, lifestyle recommendations and collaboration with medical or allied-health practitioners.

My approach is evidence-informed, person-centred and grounded in the understanding that meaningful healthcare requires both clinical knowledge and careful listening.

Questions you may have.

Yes. Consultations are conducted online, allowing me to support women and families across Australia and, where appropriate, internationally. Appointment details and access instructions are provided when your booking is confirmed.

I work exclusively with women and children under the age of twelve. When supporting a child, I work closely with their parent or caregiver because nutrition, routines, environment and family circumstances form an important part of paediatric care.

Health concerns, particularly complex or longstanding presentations, rarely change through one appointment or a single recommendation.
A structured care period allows time to implement recommendations, observe your response, review results and make thoughtful adjustments. Your recommended duration is based on your individual presentation rather than a standard timeframe applied to everyone.

Following your initial consultation, I assess the complexity and duration of your concerns, your current health priorities and the level of clinical support likely to be required.
I then recommend a six-, nine- or twelve-month program and explain the reasoning, structure and investment before you decide whether to proceed.

No. The initial consultation allows me to understand your presentation and recommend the most appropriate pathway.

Your ongoing program is explained separately, and you can decide whether you wish to proceed once you understand the recommended structure, commitment and investment.

Not necessarily. Testing is recommended only where it is clinically appropriate and likely to provide information that may meaningfully influence your care.
I begin by reviewing your history and any existing pathology to avoid unnecessary duplication. Where required, I may recommend further testing through your doctor, a specialist or an appropriate functional laboratory.

Supplements are not automatically included in every plan. Where appropriate, I may recommend practitioner supplementation or herbal medicine based on your presentation, dietary intake, pathology, medications and individual needs.
Any recommended products and associated costs will be explained separately. You will not be encouraged to purchase products without a clear clinical rationale.

Your care program includes email support for relevant questions and clarification relating to your existing plan.
Email support does not replace scheduled consultations and is not suitable for emergencies, new or significantly worsening symptoms, extensive reassessment or urgent medical advice. Response times and communication boundaries are explained when your program begins.

Follow-up consultations are generally 30 minutes and done on a monthly basis. Their frequency is determined by your presentation, program and stage of care.
Appointments may be closer together initially and become more widely spaced as your plan progresses.

Yes. Naturopathic care can sit alongside appropriate medical and allied-health care. Where relevant, I may review existing results, recommend that you discuss further investigation with your doctor or collaborate with other practitioners involved in your care.

Your initial consultation helps us assess suitability before care begins. If your needs fall outside my scope of practice or require another form of care, I will explain this and recommend an appropriate next step where possible.

Thoughtful guidance for you and your family.
