- INDIVIDUALISED NATUROPATHIC CARE
Thoughtful care requires time, continuity and commitment.
Structured naturopathic care for women and children, designed to provide clarity, continuity and considered support at every stage.
- Who I Work With
Considered care for women, children and families.
I work exclusively with women and children under the age of twelve.
You may be navigating your own health concerns, preparing for pregnancy, supporting your child through a complex presentation or simply wanting to establish stronger foundations for your family’s long-term wellbeing.
Perhaps you have already attended appointments, completed testing or tried a number of different approaches, yet the pieces still do not form a clear picture.
My role is to look beyond each symptom in isolation and explore how your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, environment and existing results may be connected. From there, I develop an individualised and practical plan while working alongside your existing medical and allied-health care where appropriate.

- THE CONSULTATION JOURNEY
Thoughtful care requires time, continuity and commitment.
Meaningful changes in health rarely happen through a single appointment. My model of care is designed to give me the time to understand your presentation, observe how you respond and refine your recommendations as your needs evolve.
01
Understand the whole picture
Your care begins with a comprehensive 60-minute initial consultation.
I take the time to explore your health history, current symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, environment, emotional wellbeing, medications, supplements and existing results. Where clinically appropriate, I may recommend further pathology, functional testing or assessment through another healthcare professional.
02
Establish your individualised care plan
Following your initial assessment, I determine whether a six-, nine- or twelve-month care program is most appropriate for your needs.
I work with clients through structured care programs because complex and longstanding concerns require time, consistency and thoughtful review. This allows us to move beyond short-term recommendations and follow your progress through each stage of care.
Your individualised plan may include nutrition, herbal medicine, practitioner supplementation, lifestyle strategies, further investigation and collaboration or referral where required.
To preserve the depth and quality of this work, I maintain a limited clinical caseload and accept new clients according to suitability and availability.
03
Review, refine and remain supported
Follow-up consultations are 30 minutes and scheduled on an ongoing once a month basis, and provide an opportunity to assess your response, review results, address challenges and refine your plan as your needs evolve.
Your care program also includes unlimited email support between scheduled consultations, so you can ask relevant questions and receive clarification without waiting until your next appointment.
This ongoing communication is designed to help you understand your recommendations, implement them confidently and feel supported throughout the process.
- CARE DESIGNED AROUND YOU
Individualised care, with clarity at every stage.
No two people arrive with the same history, circumstances or priorities. Your care is therefore developed specifically for you or your child, not selected from a standard protocol.
You can expect recommendations that are clearly explained, carefully prioritised and realistic for everyday life. As your needs evolve, your plan evolves with you.
My approach is compassionate, thorough and unhurried. I want you to feel heard, understand the reasoning behind your recommendations and know what to focus on next.
Because meaningful progress requires continuity, you will not be left to navigate your plan alone. Regular consultations and email access between appointments provide the guidance and clarification you need throughout your care program.

- BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Questions you may have.
Yes. Consultations are conducted online, allowing me to support women and families across Australia and, where appropriate, internationally. Appointment details and access instructions are provided when your booking is confirmed.
I work exclusively with women and children under the age of twelve. When supporting a child, I work closely with their parent or caregiver because nutrition, routines, environment and family circumstances form an important part of paediatric care.
Health concerns, particularly complex or longstanding presentations, rarely change through one appointment or a single recommendation.
A structured care period allows time to implement recommendations, observe your response, review results and make thoughtful adjustments. Your recommended duration is based on your individual presentation rather than a standard timeframe applied to everyone.
Following your initial consultation, I assess the complexity and duration of your concerns, your current health priorities and the level of clinical support likely to be required.
I then recommend a six-, nine- or twelve-month program and explain the reasoning, structure and investment before you decide whether to proceed.
Not necessarily. Testing is recommended only where it is clinically appropriate and likely to provide information that may meaningfully influence your care.
I begin by reviewing your history and any existing pathology to avoid unnecessary duplication. Where required, I may recommend further testing through your doctor, a specialist or an appropriate functional laboratory.
Supplements are not automatically included in every plan. Where appropriate, I may recommend practitioner supplementation or herbal medicine based on your presentation, dietary intake, pathology, medications and individual needs.
Any recommended products and associated costs will be explained separately. You will not be encouraged to purchase products without a clear clinical rationale.
Your care program includes email support for relevant questions and clarification relating to your existing plan.
Email support does not replace scheduled consultations and is not suitable for emergencies, new or significantly worsening symptoms, extensive reassessment or urgent medical advice. Response times and communication boundaries are explained when your program begins.
Follow-up consultations are generally 30 minutes and done on a monthly basis. Their frequency is determined by your presentation, program and stage of care.
Appointments may be closer together initially and become more widely spaced as your plan progresses.
Yes. Naturopathic care can sit alongside appropriate medical and allied-health care. Where relevant, I may review existing results, recommend that you discuss further investigation with your doctor or collaborate with other practitioners involved in your care.
Your initial consultation helps us assess suitability before care begins. If your needs fall outside my scope of practice or require another form of care, I will explain this and recommend an appropriate next step where possible.
