Directions for use

• Steep 1 tea bag in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes.
• Cool to a safe temperature before serving.
• Best served warm during reading, homework or quiet time.
• Suitable for children aged 5 years and older: enjoy up to 1–2 cups daily.

Tips for parents

• Optional twist: add a slice of orange or a drizzle of honey (for children over 12 months).
• Contains licorice. Avoid excessive consumption if sensitive to glycyrrhizin or with high blood pressure.
• Always supervise children with warm drinks.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
