Directions for use

• Steep 1 tea bag in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes.
• Cool to a safe temperature before serving.
• Suitable for children aged 2 years and older: enjoy up to 1–2 cups daily, whenever a mellow moment is on the menu.
