Care shaped around the whole picture.
I support women and children through an individualised naturopathic approach that considers symptoms within the wider context of health history, nutrition, lifestyle, environment and emotional wellbeing.
Your symptoms are part of a wider story.
The areas below reflect some of the concerns I most commonly encounter in practice. They are not an exhaustive list, and you do not need to arrive with a confirmed diagnosis or know which category best describes your experience.
My role is to listen carefully, explore how the different aspects of your presentation may be connected and determine whether naturopathic care is appropriate for you or your child.
If you are unsure where to begin, complete the guided assessment or book an initial consultation.
Women’s Health
Individualised care through the changing hormonal, nutritional and emotional stages of a woman’s life.
Children’s Health
Gentle, developmentally appropriate naturopathic care for children under twelve, with parents and caregivers included throughout the process.
Fertility & Motherhood
Considered nutritional and naturopathic care through preconception, pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Digestive Health
Digestive symptoms can affect nutrition, energy, immunity, mood and everyday quality of life. I consider these concerns within the wider context of diet, health history, medications, stress and existing investigations.
Persistent, severe or unexplained digestive symptoms may require medical investigation or collaboration with a gastroenterologist.
Hormonal Health
Hormonal symptoms are considered alongside nutrition, metabolic health, stress, sleep, life stage and relevant pathology.
You do not need to work that out alone.
Complete a short guided assessment to identify your current health priorities and discover the most appropriate place to begin.
Or book an initial consultation to begin individualised care for you or your child.
The concerns listed on this page describe areas commonly encountered in practice and do not guarantee that naturopathic care will be suitable for every person or presentation.
Naturopathic care does not replace medical diagnosis, emergency care or treatment from your doctor or specialist. Where further investigation or another form of care is required, this will form part of the recommended next step.
